Polly is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Jerry Lee Frye children, Rusty Carlton (Kay) and Kathy Carlton Ogg (Cliff). She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and sending cards and meals to those in need in the community. After retirement, Polly, an avid bingo player continued to serve her community by volunteering at local food banks, working blood drives, and volunteering to pack backpack lunches for local children. Polly was retired from a long and successful nursing career. "Polly” was preceded in death by her daughter, Faye Anne Carlton, her parents, and several siblings.
Frye, 83, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 7, 2023, with her family by her side.
